This policy explains what we collect when you contact GameCommunity or reserve a place, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we ask for very little.

What we collect

When you send the membership or contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose and your meetup interest. We do not ask for card numbers, identity documents or any payment details through the site, and we do not run our own advertising trackers on the page.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to confirm your request and hold your place in the community. That means emailing or calling you back, answering a question, and keeping a record of who is expected at an event. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Membership and booking records are kept only as long as we reasonably need them to run the club and handle follow-up, then removed. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it. If you signed up by mistake, tell us and we will drop the record.
